Quick Tip

A “Class A” surface is defined as any exposed part of an automobile interior or exterior. The packaging used in the production, handling, and delivery of these parts must not in any way affect the quality of the product. The parts must remain in the same condition as when originally produced. This includes visual defects such as stains, burns, scrapes, excess surface roughness, discoloration, etc.

We have been working closely with ARPLANK on a newly-launched EV automotive program. ARPLANK helped us understand the materials’ test specifications to ensure that they meet and exceed the OEM’s requirements. They were very responsive assisting with our sample request, technical data, and converting questions. Working with ARPLANK was easy because they asked the right questions and already had the foam pre-qualified for this challenging application. ARPLANK has met all of our needs and launch deadlines and I would definitely use them again for EPP fabricated automotive components.
