The Ease of Fabricating with ARPLANK Foam
- Achieve superior product protection with thinner walls, smaller cube sizes, and less material handling during fabrication
- Easy to profile cut, which eliminates having to laminate pieces together
- Significantly less concavity and shrinkage after die-cutting makes for tighter fitting parts
- Materials bond very well with hot air, hot glues, PSA tapes, two-part epoxies, and spray adhesives
- Greater surface area than extruded PE, which requires less adhesive while creating a stronger bond between adjoining parts
- Integrated hinges can be precision die-cut during fabrication, requiring fewer steps in assembly
